Founded by award winning global leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator, Iris Kapo, Vathos is committed to intentionally and consciously creating a thriving world. Iris spent years traveling the world analyzing effective leaders and workplaces spanning 100+ U.S. based offices and 120+ U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world compiling key insights on effective leadership.
Iris has lived in several countries and speaks four languages (Albanian, Spanish, Greek, English). She graduated from Temple University holding a BBA in International Business & Management Information Systems (MIS) and obtained a Latin America Business Certificate.
Iris enjoys dancing, yoga, traveling, meditating, and dedicating time to personal development. She is a thrill seeker who stands for a life fully lived!

The Results

Methodology
Our framework is unique in that it is based on the principles of vulnerability, awareness, trust, honesty, openness, and success (VATHOS). These six core values are at the heart of everything we do, and they are essential for effective leadership.
Our coaching engagements and training programs are designed to help leaders cultivate these core values, identify their own unique value set, build strong relationships, and develop the skills they need to succeed. We use a range of innovative techniques and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral exercises, experiential learning, and reflective practice, to help leaders develop core competencies they need to lead effectively and with ease in all areas of their lives.
